Steamboat Quay

In a depressed area of Limerick’s docklands, at the historic Steamboat Quay, Edward spearheaded the first of the many developments that would later turn the area into a fashionable hub of restaurants, retail and apartments. Commissioning public art, that commemorated the area’s association with the Great Famine, Edward also developed a one hundred bedroom hotel that was later leased to the Jurys Hotel Group.
