Opening its doors in 2013, The g Counter is a casual neighbourhood restaurant based at Wellpark. 

Since its doors opened in 2005, the iconic G Hotel has been at the forefront of Ireland’s hospitality revolution and in the vanguard of its five star properties.

The hotel was acquired by Edward in 2006, when the Irish State sold its interest in the Great Southern Hotel Group. Edward embarked on a period of refurbishment to make the property more desirable to guests and visitors alike.

Ashford is a fabled Irish Castle on the northern shores of Lough Corrib. The ancestral home of the De Burgos, the Brownes and the Guinnesses the Castle became a luxury hotel in the 1950s.
